In order to prepare themselves for the Ski-World Championships in St. Moritz from 1 February, 2003 until 16 February 2003, the Men-National Ski Teams of Norway and Germany have chosen Val Gardena for their last trainings.

On Thursday, 30 January 2003 and Friday, 31 January 2003 the racers, which are going to take part in the Ski World Championships, are skiing on the well-prepared slopes of Val Gardena (Danterceppies, Saslonch and Piz Sella).

During the morning the training takes place on the slope of Danterceppies, and during the afternoon on the runs of Saslonch and Piz Sella.

The ski stars, which are participating from next week in the World Championships in Switzerland, are preparing themselves for the Super G and the slalom races.

Those who have the possibility to ski during this days on the Val Gardena slopes, have a big chance to see stars like Kjetil André Aamodt, Lasse Kjus, Bjarne Solbakken and others during their trainings.

On Friday, 31 January 2003, there will take place a press conference in South Tyrol, organized by the German National Team. A lot of representatives of the German press are going to be there.

Furthermore, many Norwegian journalists are in Val Gardena right now, in order to be able to follow their ski stars.
